How long have you been at the agency? Four years What is a typical day like for you? Set my priorities for the day. Read all emails and respond as indicated. Schedule the consumers I would like to see that day. Complete admissions and annual home visits. What is the best part of your job? Almost everybody wants to remain as independent as possible. I think AgeSpan provides such incredible services so they can do so. It makes me feel good to help them have their pride and dignity. It’s rewarding to be able to do something to make their life better. How have you been able to grow in your job? I have developed through the support of my managers, my Quality Assurance assessor, Donna SanSoucie, the ongoing education provided by AgsSpan and with the help of my peers.
