The Ringed City DLC adds 21 new weapons and shields to the game! They will all be listed below, alongside their location and what they look like.

AQUAMARINE DAGGER

The Aquamarine Dagger is a dagger that is reinforced with Twinkling Titanite and can be found at the beginning of the DLC after crossing the very first small bridge and going into the area on your left. Simply keep heading up the stairs and the enemy on the upper part of the ledge will drop down and you can just keep going up to pick up the item.

Crucifix of the mad king

The Crucifix of the Mad King hammer can be infused with Twinkling Titanite and can be found at the very end of the DLC by killing Shira when she spawns her in the area to the far right of the Filianore's Grave bonfire.

demon's scar

The Demon's Scar weapon is infused with Titanite and can be found by using Soul Transposition with the Soul of the Demon Prince.

dragonhead greatshield

The Dragonhead Greatshield is infused with Titanite and can be found after the Ringed City Streets bonfire after unlocking the shortcut, as it is found under the bridge that leads to the Shared Graves bonfire area.

dragonhead shield

The Dragonhead Shield can be infused with Titanite and can be found after the Ringed City Streets bonfire once you unlock the Show your Humanity puzzle on the corpse right after the bridge near the Purging Monument.

frayed blade

The Frayed Blade can be upgraded with Titanite and can be obtained by Soul Transposition of the Soul of Darkeater Midir.

gael's greatsword

Gael's Greatsword can be upgraded with Twinkling Titanite and can be obtained by Soul Transposition of the Soul of Slave Knight Gael.

Giant Door Shield

The Giant Door Shield can be upgraded with Titanite and can be found after the Earthen Peak Ruins bonfire to the right of the angel that comes afterwards, near a shack on the edge of the cliff near the bonfire that leads to the Demon Prince boss fight.

Harald Curved Greatsword

The Harald Curved Greatsword is upgraded with Titanite and can be found after the Earthen Peak Ruins bonfire on a corpse in the large poisonous cave in the great tree swamp area.

ledo's great hammer

Ledo's Great Hammer is upgraded with Twinkling Titanite and can be found by defeating Silver Knight Ledo after the Ringed Inner Walls bonfire. When you get to the large swamp area right before the Ringed City Streets bonfire, if you turn left you'll find a long ladder leading up. Once you geet all the way up, head right and you'll find another passage leading upwards to a large room. Ledo will invade here.

lothric war banner

The Lothric War Banner can be upgraded with Titanite and can be found after the Dreg Heap bonfire right before the Earthen Peak Ruins bonfire where you meet Lapp for the first time. Keep going down the area straight even past the Dreg spellcaster and drop down into the opening on the right. You'll be safe even if it looks like a long drop down. After fighting some enemies, dropping down to another area and killing more enemies, you'll find the weapon on a corpse at the very end of the path.

murky hand scythe

The Murky Hand Scythe can be infused with regular Titaniate and is found on a corpse in the Dreg Heap after falling through the glass into the large cathedral. You can find it after going up some small stairs behind some bookcases.

murky longstaff

The Murky Longstaff can be upgraded with Titanite and can be found after the Dreg Heap bonfire after the two Cathedral Knights in the cathedral. Head outside the Cathedral and go right instead of left, and you will find a large building with hollows and secret doors that lead to the Murky Longstaff.

preacher's right arm

The Preacher's Right Arm can be upgraded with Twinkling Titanite and can be found after the Ringed City Streets bonfire in the large swamp between the bonfire area and the large cathedral with a bunch of Ringed Knights on it. It's guarded by several hidden Locust Men and is on a corpse hanging from a structure.

repeating crossbow

The Repeating Crossbow can be upgraded by Twinkling Titanite and can be obtained by using Soul Transposition on the Soul of Slave Knight Gael.

ringed knight paired greatswords

The Ringed Knight Paired Greatswords can be upgraded by Twinkling Titanite and drops from the Ringed Knight carrying them right before the Halflight fight after the Shared Graves bonfire.

ringed knight spear

The Ringed Knight Spear can be upgraded with Twinkling Titanite and can be found after the Ringed Inner Walls bonfire, right before the swamp you can head down a path to the right that has a Ringed Knight Spear underneath where Lapp can be found, and he is guarding the corpse with the spear.

ringed knight straight sword

The RInged Knight Straight Sword can be upgraded with Twinkling Titanite and can be found after the Ringed City Streets bonfire right next to a Locust man that is in front of the giant Judicator enemy in the middle of the swamp. It's located up a small hill in the direction of the bonfire from where the Judicator is.

sacred chime of filianore

The Sacred Chime of Filianore can be ugpraded with Twinkling Titanite and can be obtained by talking to Shira, who is located at the very top of the long staircase after the Ringed Inner Walls bonfire, and accepting her request to kill Darkeater Midir.

splitleaf greatsword

The Splitleaf Greatsword can be upgraded with Titanite and can be obtained by buying them from the Stone-humped Hag near the Dreg Heap bonfire or the Shrine Handmaiden after giving her the Old Woman's Ashes.

white birch bow

The White Birch bow can be upgraded with Twinkling Titanite and can be found after the Ringed City Streets bonfire by heading into the swamp and going to where the monk hollows are, near the ladder that goes up to where Silver Knight Ledo spawns. They guard the corpse on the swamp that holds the bow.
